"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined!" -Thoreau
After 25 years of chasing "success" in Healthcare Information Technology Sales Leadership and Operations, Michael is a life-long dog lover who finally mustered the confidence to start living his dream of owning a pet retreat. Since moving to Southlake in 2002, his daily drives by the former Bark & Purr were a constant reminder of the possibility and it was only after a series of health struggles and personal triumphs that, together with the support of his family, it was time to take the plunge! Every day since, is a new learning, a new challenge, a new joy. We are looking forward to meeting you and your furry family members, learning about your dreams, and sharing our experience. Stop by and visit.

Michael and Joanna: Air Force brats, we have enjoyed almost 25 years together, exploring life in and out of Texas. We love to travel, cook and spend time with family. It is the quality of our moments together, with our three daughters, our parents, our friends, and yes -- our 6 pets -- that drive our joy.
Emory, Kelsey and Skylar: Our greatest blessings! Dragons since Kindergarten our daughters enjoy hanging out in Southlake with their friends and participating in all of the local activities. We truly have a strong and healthy community that is perfect for raising teenage girls and we are grateful for our friends and neighbors who make that happen. They are looking forward to spending Summers with all of our furry guests and getting to know them. Passion for animals is in the Grayson DNA!
Wrigley, Ollie, and Zowie: Meet our three English Labs! Wrigley (go Cubs) is the grand-daddy of the group. Twelve years their senior, he wasn't sure what hit him when Ollie and Zowie entered his world this past January. Like Yin and Yang (yes, one yellow and one black), they are not brother and sister, but are complete opposites AND complements of each other. There was never a better idea than to get two puppies at a time (even Joanna agrees)!
Delilah: Rescued dogs are truly priceless! Thanks to the efforts of local charities and business that support them on the weekends, Joanna finally got her tiny lapdog in March of 2013. After 23 years of multiple big dogs, all of us have learned how special small dogs are as family members. Though we are not sure her breed, she is clearly a herder and you should see her manage the cats -- who adore her and still put up with her "rounding them up" even now that they are twice her size!
Romeo and Tate: Two grey tabbies joined our family in December of 2014. Indoor/outdoor kitties, we love their independence and distinct personalities. But it's their love for each other and their canine brothers and sisters that are a constant source of laughter and smiles.

As Grayson Enterprises enters 25 years together, we have come to live by these words. Deeply spiritual, we try to live our life and our encounter with our community with respect for His presence in all things. We look forward to meeting you.
